Tom is a certified spiritual director and the owner of Deepwardly, LLC. In addition to directing and supervising about seventy men and women each month, Tom owns the Deepwardly School of Spiritual Direction and he and his wife, Carmel, own Cedar Ridge, a retreat center on top of a ridge in central Arkansas. Tom is also the author of two best-selling books, "The Intimacy You Desire" and "Becoming Wholehearted".
